Security: To protect against fraud and unauthorized activities, and to ensure system integrity.
Legal Compliance: To comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

3.1 We do not sell your personal information to third parties. However, we may share it under the following circumstances:

With Other Users: Your nickname/profile name, photo, and your picks/scores will be visible to other users participating in the same pool or group.
With Service Providers: We share data with trusted third parties who assist us in operating the Service, such as hosting services (cloud), payment processing, data analytics, and marketing. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
For Legal Purposes: When required by law, court order, or legal process, or to protect our rights and safety.
